Memorial Service for Don Dudgeon
A memorial service will be held for Don at the Springvale Crematorium this Friday 29 July at 11:30. The crematorium is located at 600 Princes Highway, Springvale. The drive is approximately 40 minutes from the CBD.

I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. Don Dudgeon was a wonderful man, an inspiration on the river, a great coach, and a wonderful friend. Don was the first person I met at RRC. He taught me how to scull and row and he became my friend. I remember how he coxed the first RRC women’s 8 for the Head of the Yarra, what a magical day that was. We did not win, we did not place, but we passed other 8s, and we rowed our hearts out! The world needs more men like Don Dudgeon. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with you. Go Richmond!
